| Thank you for your interest in my work. Most of my commission work is completed in acrylic, colored pencil or graphite. All commissioned paintings and drawings are priced individually according to size, composition content and the medium desired. Sizes start at 11" x 14". Minimum price of an acrylic or colored pencil is $500. and minimum price of a graphite is $300. A 50% deposit is needed to start. I like to work closely with a customer from start to finish of their painting. You know your pet best, the unique expressions and mannerisms that make them so very special. This is what I want to capture in your painting. I would need a variety of clear well focused 35mm photographs, no slides and no negatives please. Some close ups of their eyes and facial expressions, as well as, full body photos. All photos are returned with the completed painting. Also, please include a brief description of your pet's personality, the crazy things they do, their personality quirks, "the attitude" only your best friend has. Once I receive your deposit and photos, I will work up a composition sketch to the size you desire and send it to you preferably via email, or regular mail. Upon your approval of the composition layout I will send you a photo just prior to completion, any color corrections, etc, can be done at this point. Once your painting is completed I will ask you to view it for final approval. Balance is due upon approval and before shipping. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for completion. Your painting will be shipped to you matted, with a foam core backer, shrink wrapped and ready to frame, and packaged with extra special care. |

The black Labrador Retriever female and her
yellow pup have both had enough training to know better than to make an
afternoon romp with something they have been taught to respect. But,
it is a sunny Fall day and a canvas dummy left in the wrong place has
turned into a game - until, all is abruptly stopped at the sound of their
masters voice! With a shred of evidence still clinging to the young
lab's mussels, they both realize they have been "Caught in the Act". |
