If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased from Fine Art Dog Prints, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. 

Before making a return, please give us a call or e-mail: returns@muttart.com   for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number).

All sales are final 15 days after receipt.  All return requests must be made within 15 days of original purchase.  Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number or prior approval.  All returned items must be received by our studio within 15 days of obtaining a RMA Number.

All items being returned must be undamaged and in resalable condition and must be accompanied by an original sales invoice and the original packaging.  Prints that are returned damaged or in any condition that will  prevent the item from being resold will be not be accepted under this policy for a refund.

All returns must be sent freight prepaid.  Any item shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted.  If we made the error to cause the return we will pay for the return shipping.

Other Circumstances

Orders that are returned to us without a RMA Number, or without prior approval, or that exceed 30 days from the original purchase date may be:
   1. Declined a refund.
   2. And or be subject to additional re-shipping charges.
   3. And or be subject to a 15% reprocessing fee.

Orders that are returned to us by the United States Postal Service as 'Unclaimed', 'Refused', 'Abandoned' or similar designation may be:
   1. Declined a refund.
   2. And or be subject to additional re-shipping charges.
   3. And or be subject to a 15% reprocessing fee.
